everything was very good, amazing location near to restaurants and city transportation, downtown, and the downtown area especially the river market area, amicable staff. i greatly enjoyed the room with beautiful view.

Spotless and updated room with a big bathroom. The beds were big, and the location was perfect. Location just off the downtown area and rail line and many restaurants👍👍

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, with a Starbucks located downstairs for your morning caffeine fix and the KC Streetcar stopping right in front for convenient city exploration.

The King Studio Suite was spacious and clean, with secure lobby access. The location is a gem, right by the streetcar. Friendly staff like Albie made a significant difference. Just note the parking situation could be better. It's well-lit but outdoor and a bit unclear.

The location is fantastic, with the kc streetcar stopping right in front. We loved that breakfast was included and the staff were attentive and friendly. They really brightened up when we acknowledged how hard they were working during a busy volleyball tournament, heartwarming.

Had an excellent stay! The tram stop right outside made exploring super easy, and the breakfast was surprisingly good—my picky kids even loved it! Just wish the trains weren’t so loud at night.

The hotel provides a great base for exploring Kansas City. We enjoyed being close to the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame and other historical sites. The rooms were big enough for our large family, including our pets.

My kids wished there were more activities for families, especially with so many attractions nearby. A pool would have.

The king room was super comfy with a tv, microwave, and refrigerator. The bathroom had excellent toiletries, and the fitness center looked great. Breakfast was tasty with options like eggs and fresh fruit. The hotel's right on the KC streetcar line, a huge plus.

My experience was positive overall. The location is convenient and everything is within walking distance. The room was spacious and offered all necessary comforts. I particularly liked having a balcony with a view of the city. It made my evenings relaxing.
